Opt-in "force disable" instance settings per-item

I also see both sides of the argument regarding instance settings, but I'd still argue world creators should have final say. But there's also gonna be creators who would prefer an option be disabled but wouldn't care if you did re-enable it in a separate instance.
I'd like to propose an opt-in "force disabled" toggle per-item. If you disabled stickers and drones, and don't care if people re-enable stickers but absolutely do not want drones (e.g. as of writing they break driving systems in VRC), you'd click the "force disabled" toggle on drones and they wouldn't be allowed in any instance.
I expect this change to impact only a small handful of worlds but be a good middle ground between people making instances, creators who are impartial to instance settings, and people who want full control over the worlds they made.

I would prefer to be able to apply different restrictions depending on instance type.
I personally dont care what happens in invite, friends, and group instances but I want to keep my space clean and presentable for public and groups public.
Being able to change these per instance type would be great as that give world creators more options to suit their own needs and other players. Forced in public/groups public, restrictions released for private instances is how I would use it.
