stop removing nsfw avatars when 18 verification is added make it to where if your not 18 Verified u can not access or visually see +18 content nsfw avatars will appear as bots till verified that way kids stay safe and adults can stay stupid

I don't see why NSFW avatars can't be tagged. There's literally tags for it in the avatar SDK (they've been there since pre avatars 2.0).
Then we can also just add an option for those tagged avatars to be visible or not in the safety menu for verified users.
