Non-blocking Video Player loading

When videos are loading, they cause huge stutters or freeze the game until they load. This is even more annoying when video players constantly try to load a video but can't and keep retrying.
I think moving video player processes to another thread (without blocking the main thread) would help.

Today, I made a little bit of actual testing (with the world debug menu) and noticed the lag spike happens around URL resolving and process creation for yt-dlp. The lag spike was like fraction of a second but still noticeable. I was testing on an optimized world with no other players though.

What exactly is being blocked? That sounds more like a performance issue on your end. I've never experienced that kind of behavior from VRC before.
