More tags for worlds

Avatars can have ten tags, but worlds are still limited to having five tags. It may be fair to increase the amount of tags for worlds to ten, to keep it even?

Tags are not currently even functional at all. A search for “DataCenter” reveals only the world with that name, but a search for “data center” does not reveal the prior world.
