Moderator Features for Private rooms.

An owner of a private room should be able to moderate said room, with options to ban, kick, mute, teleport, and restrict users.
This would allow people to make private rooms and do events or even keep out cheaters/trolls without having to be a VRChat moderator or a world owner.

You should be able to kick/mute people(for 1h) if you own the world. Regardless if it is a private or public instance.
However a ban feature would be appropriate in some rare cases. But only for your own worlds of course. Restriction levels would also be nice. For example if you don't want someone to use pickup objects. Or lock a VIP room for anyone not in your friends list. Such rooms would have to be marked as such in Unity but could be toggled on or off in the game. Sort of possible but you need a keypad made of triggers. Not something a beginner could create.
