everytime my staff warn kick mute or ban users I want users to understand why they were moderated in the first place and not leave it up to some random luck of the draw that hope and findout what the reason is.
add a text box to input the reasoning behind there actions please.

Allow to input msg in manually or have premade msges for quick selections like how when sending invites and replies
Such a thing would allow us to input in things like a premade msg for like …. Violating the VRChat TOS rule ## for example and such ( if they do violate it that is )

Allow specifying a reason for Group Instance Kicks/Bans/Warns
MissingNO123
Now that moderated Group+ and Group Public instances are a thing, the ability to warn, kick, and ban people from world instances has been opened up to a lot more people.
A problem has arisen, however, that there is no way to provide a reason that will be communicated to that user in any way.
This has caused huge misinterpretations over the reason people get kicked or banned for, and in some extreme cases has led to people going around other instances trying to spread rumors and slander the group owners and moderators over what they feel was being unfairly punished.
A text field on the prompt that lets you (optionally) type a message, which would then show to the user after they have been moderated, would help a lot.
For example, someone seeing "You were kicked because your music was too loud" or "You were kicked for lagging the whole instance", or "You have been warned for disrupting our stream", would avoid a lot of these scenarios.

Maybe send the reason in a notification too. In-case the user doesn't read or see the pop-up.
For example, when you are kicked from an instance, the pop-up dialog will disappear after 20 seconds or something and force you to your home world. If you were AFK, you might not know why you were kicked, if you even know you were kicked at all.

Deantwoit should pop up as a notif that stays until you press the check mark, maybe have it appear as a green notif with a wrench and hammer icon

LoppyDaCutie: Exactly. Just something similar to how Group announcement notifications are right now. Stay in the notification menu until dismissed.
