In order to improve sound quality in VRChat I use third party software with VST-plugins for noise reduction, dynamic compression and automatic gain. Maybe support of VST-plugins should be added to VRChat? There are a lot of VST-plugins for sound improvement and voice processing in real time.

This is a problem for more active activities like dancing. The solution right now is to mute your mic which is a pain.
