I second this, especially after recent changes to User quick menu - now the buttons that I actually use often require scrolling (and I can't flick-scroll because of https://vrchat.canny.io/open-beta/p/1137-flick-scrolling-the-quick-menu-in-vr-can-result-in-selecting-users), whereas the default scroll positions has a bunch of buttons that I don't care about (yes, including the funny yellow button), or buttons that I don't need access to (opening the big menu is fine for those).
