Matcap shader needs additive option

The current implementation of the Matcap Lit shader for quest currently only does the matcap lighting in a multiplicative manner, meaning reflections can only be darker. This means additive reflections that wash out the texture are not possible.
As demonstrated in the attached picture, this makes the avatar look metallic instead of properly shiny. Left is the Quest shader, right is Poiyomi.
