Make user volume slider linear

The volume slider for users seems to be logarithmic or something. 0-50% is a massive difference, whereas 50%-100% has almost no audible change.

This has been changed with an update, but doesn't seem to be hugely improved. Still have the issue where half the slider is mostly useless.
