Make the scale of items adjustable regardless of the avatar's scale

Some items are scaled automatically based on the avatar's size.
However, the resulting scale isn't always what you want, and items may end up looking too small or too large, which can feel off.
while I generally support the idea of scaling, but please don't make item scaling dependent on the avatar's size.

It might be good to have something like a radial menu for items that allows you to change the behavior and size of the items.

Personally, I think some people might find it a hassle to configuring everything manually, so I think it would be ideal if this feature allowed users to switch between manual and automatic modes.
