Make canny posts have better discord embeds and discoverability

Canny posts should have the title of the canny, and maybe some of the initial message text in the embed. This will make them more noticeable and eye-catching for spreading of awareness.

Bumping, this would make users sharing canny posts on discord and such have any idea before clicking, because right now very few people go out of their way to participate in the Canny compared to the huge amount of voices within VRC waiting for changes.
