a page on the website that works similar to the way https://status.discordapp.com/ works, and allows us to view the server/api status, it would also allow for updates on the server to be posted on there, rather than on it's own seperate twitter thing, and could be hooked up to the discord using webhooks, so you can just send the messege on the webpage and it copies it to #server-status
