For users with epilepsy and photosensory overload the vrc items that users can spawn can trigger episodes due to the effects animations fast moving particles and rapid color changes. The host of the world can disable this but the user should be able to have a personal override in their safety settings similar to the settings that disable stickers avatar animations and particles as a local override. If the world host does not enable this setting which the user has no control over then an accident or episode may occur which would be too late.

A setting in the users menu to disable items could prevent this. This in some capacity already exists as introduced in an update to the world setting as a world host. Please extend this to the users to control for hiding or disabling the items.
