When using safety features in crowded instances or for other reasons, vrchat users become a default floating robot avatar. This avatar has several issues.
  1. it often feels out of place with other avatars, ruining the atmosphere
  2. it looks bad having it in photos, but you generally don't want to block people just because their avatar is not enabled right now
  3. it doesn't show IK (can't really see legs or fingers on that avatar)
Why not just let users pick which avatar is displayed for safety-blocked people? Just have a section in the Avatars menu where you pick which avatar is displayed instead of that robot out of your favorites. I imagine it would be as simple as an avatar ID swap.
