Support the laughter detection feature in the Oculus Lipsync SDK when it is possible to use v1.30 of the SDK.

Was about to make a new feature request, when I saw this was already posted and merged with another.
Would love to see this updated to be included in the base game. Its really nice to use in Resonite with how much life it adds by being able to express laughter naturally without needing to remember to use a specific gesture in the moment.
Currently working on tiny OSC program using OVRLipSync just to so I can use the laugh parameter in VRC.
Hope this gets more visibility and makes it into the game officially!!

VRChat uses OVRLipSync for visemes (as far as I know)
Currently we're unable to use OVRLipSync's laughter detection (available in versions 1.30.0 and newer).
I'm sure we all love to laugh with (and at) our friends in VRChat. It would be amazing if we could use laughter detection for our 3.0 avatars! 😄
