Instance creator option to turn off cameras
Aether Song
Its a simple idea, not everyone wants to have pictures taken of or filmed and its impossible to gain consent in a maxed out instance.
In real life many clubs, especially in Europe as a requirement of entry force you to put a sticker over your phone camera for this very reason.
One issue i do see is when you want someone authorized to film to infact film. so some sort of whitelist would need to be in place too.
Another is obviously it would have to not be bypassable with OBS or video capturing tools. I think I've seen ways to black out streamed footage that can be programmed in to software? i'd love this thread to discuss on that too!
There could be options to this too, camera out, and photos and prints allowed but no obs output if possible, or just no camera at all.

A whitelist only mode for Cameras, maybe other features, would help control but accept use of said player features and toys.
Agreed, some events there are select people approved to take pictures. I've been to a few. Some people, out of habit, using the camera to check something on themselves, seconds later warned.
Preventing external software like OBS or Steam or NVidia from recording what the player sees, will be impossible.
At best, resist the convenience of recording or taking pictures.
What Aether may be thinking of, video footage seen on sites like CBS as it's encrypted with DRM, but yet still possible to capture.
