Instance Based Avatar Limits

Launching an instance would have additional feature (in addition to Server, and Friends Lobby type) Also Avatar Performance Limit. No Avatars can load or will be available outside of limit set by instance owner... allow for 4-6 whitelisted performers can use Poor Or Worse... PLEASE UP VOTE THIS <3 <3

...and/or automatically downscale avatars not passing the required limit so they do (even if the results look cursed :D)
eg: avi with 150k polys -> just display 70k max
