Each players cannot inform hand gesture to remote players avatar now.

If all avatar have "Contact Sender for hand gesture information", it will be make various avatar gimmicks.

For example, switch reaction to remote users punch, slap, fingerpoint...

It is simple to implement, turn ON/OFF Contact Sender (Gesture_Fist, Gesture_Open...or other) depend on hand gestures.
