The existing performance rank system is a half-decent mark for Quest 1/2 users.

However, it's practically useless for Desktop users and those using other PCVR or standalone headsets. Everyone is on different hardware, headsets, on different connections, all performing at different levels due to external factors.

Adding a new section to the "Safety Settings" screen or generic settings menu that allows you to specify, for example, "Hide avatars over ___ polygon count", would be extremely beneficial.

This would be similar to the system that allows you to toggle on/off a slider that caps the allowable download size for avatars.
