HLS/m3u8 Support for Quest users

From what I can tell at the moment HLS streams work fine for PC and mobile (Android Phone) VRChat but not for Quest
It'd be nice if they were viewable on Quest too

What can you say about the particular hls streams?
Seems odd to have a different between quest and phones, they should both be using exoplayer

I think HLS streams work fine for Quest I was just having issues with it
When I tried a different host it eventually worked
(Went through like 5+? different hosts before it worked so I thought it just didn't)
