Fist bump, high five, like rec room, and BigScreen. Maybe even a limited head collider (camera shake) for fight sims?
I'm sure someone already suggested this, but there should be an intimacy setting that allows maybe some of your more closer friends to touch you, but strangers just pass through. This would solve the potential harrasment issues, parallel real life, and be a nice touch.
Please make this toggleable because in rec room it can sometimes annoy the hell out of me...
I think hand colliders could do a lot in the game.... but i believe there should be an option where you can toggle it for people where it is not always on for everyone you can selected people where they would be able to touch you .... If something like this is not added people would be punching each other and other stuff i believe it would not change much in the game but for people that want to give friends or other users the permission to collide with them would be great ( Both people would have to have it on So like me and other people have allowed each other to touch each other then we are able to )
This needs to happen, but the entire body should have colliders. Maybe make it toggleable on a per player basis? Or based on distance, to free up neccessary gpu and cpu power? Either way, you should be able to disable it so people can't keep you locked somewhere.
I'm hoping this comes soon, I was just talking with someone the other day about how nice it'd be to properly high five and do other interactions instead of simply phasing through each other.

@Hagbard_Celine: I can currently interact with every dynamic bone in any other avatars. Also, I can see the interaction with me (I.e. my ear will collide with someone’s hand if patted)
@Fatalution: So that works with a simple collider in your hand or does it need to be on some specific layer? Or is it so that you need an avatar with dynamic bone and colliders in the hands? Please share your wisdom with us. However a fistbump is still not possible and you dont get force feedback from the controller.
you do know more collision interactions between people requires more calculations. and the more people that see it the worse it is.
