Group moderation reasons for Kick/Ban

It would be great, if the moderation tool for kicking and or banning people or even for sending a warning came with a text box to add a custom reason for the warning, kick or ban that is sent to the receiver of the moderation, so they can understand exactly what they did wrong.

I'd love to see this feature get added. I've been banned from a group in the past and now looking back at it, I have no reason why I was banned. I'm going through the groups posted appeal process but without that I would have no direction. Even after contacting the groups discord team it doesn't seem like they know why I was banned.
