Grievance report - T&S Team Kiwano

My group was falsely banned out of nowhere for "adult content", which is provable to not be the case. Sadly I had the misfortune of dealing with T&S Team Kiwano for my support tickets. This trust and safety "team" has been unhelpful to the point of even lying to me in multiple tickets that I neither have an active ban tied to my account, nor am I using a proper email tied to a banned group.
Anyone else having issues going through Team Kiwano?

This isn't a valid feature request.
I am not sure what the appropriate channel is, but I doubt Trust & Safety reads this because the feature requests board is a communication channel for VRChat Team developers, who do not handle Trust & Safety or human resource concerns.
The team name is new to me, from what I can tell.
