Friend Request Privacy Settings

This has likely been asked before, but is not likely to have as much detail as I would like to provide. I believe that the Friend Request system would benefit massively from privacy settings, similar to something like Discord. The privacy levels should be the following:
- L0: Everybody
- L1: Mutuals and Users Seen in Instances
- L2: Mutuals Only
- L3: Nobody
With the brand new mutuals system, this would help with both preventing targeted harassment bots alongside making it far easier to filter out friend invites. A lot of people tend to avoid friending people without having at least met them within a world, or even having a mutual friend associated with them. Though I do know that mutual friends can be disabled on profiles, I believe that this is still an excellent metric to help with filtering as I am sure that few will disable the feature due to its usefulness as a conversation starter.

Been wanting an option to restrict friend requests to "only users in the same instance" for ages. Maybe it doesn't block the requests but instead sends them straight to the ignored section on the website, so that way you can still retrieve them if needed.
