[FEEDBACK] Use hotkey to open Chatbox

Desktop players should be given the choice to press a hotkey (e.g. Press T) to open to chatbox. Using the Action Menu seems redundant for keyboard usage.

Scout - VRChat Head of Quality Assurance: As an alternative suggestion, since you can hold Shift to Select User, you can potentially swap out Select User for the Chatbox, if you feel it's necessary to be on the Quick Menu.
