It's already very hard to navigate and find a user to unban them, when we give someone a 2nd chance. But it's made more difficult when over 50% of the accounts were accounts that were perma-banned from VRChat.

Or perhaps in general it would be better to make it easier to find users in the ban list for unbanning.
