Disallow Content Labeled Avatars in Public Instances
TheZiver
I've noticed people getting banned in public instances for using avatars with content warning labels. Adult content avatars aren't allowed in public instances, so why are players allowed to use them there in the first place?
Public instances should entirely disallow avatars with content warning labels. This way, players wouldn't encounter issues because the VRChat API wouldn't allow the use of such avatars in public.
Implementing this would be an effective way to enforce community guidelines

Hey as a note, this applies to friends/friends+/group/group+/group public instances as well. The rule is 'never in any area where un-consenting people can see', not just public!
Only ever in invite/invite+ instances with strict moderation.
And yes, this really needs to be a basic feature.

like you explained its actually against Terms of service as well that is why they are getting banned from those group instances. it should warn the user before joining the world that the owner of the group is not allowing gated avatars to join the instance and should ask them to please change there avatar before joining.
