I'd like to be able to set a fallback avatar as a Global Fallback for those who aren't using a custom fallback. For example: I'd like everyone's fallback for me to look like this avatar instead of tonosama or the Panda Boy they selected.

If they have a custom set fallback, that should still show as usual. I just want default fallbacks replaced with one I set.
