Choose Who Can See Your Avatar

Sort of like the shield and other systems put in place to prevent you from seeing certain avatars you don't want to see, but flipped around. You could, for example, make it so that only friends will see your avatar and anyone else will see your fallback/impostor.
I see this having two benefits:
- Provide a layer of protection from rippers.
- Allow you to use more low performance avatars in public worlds without being a burden to other random players in the same world.

Every time I see this feature suggested I pipe in and say I want an option to turn that option off. If someone is only showing thier avatar to certain people. I do NOT want to see it. I don't want to be special.
I guess if it's limited to friends, I can just be wary about accepting friend requests.
But if a user can make a list of users who can see an avatar, I want to be prevented from being on the list.
