Chatbox(or textbox) needs notification sound

Chatbox has allowed mute users to communicate with other people. But sometimes chatbox is ignored from some users.
I think it is because chatbox has no notification sound. Like discord, when someone send chat to chatbox, some notification sound needs for everyone.
If this feature be updated, more player will enjoy communicate with text chat.

There already is a notification sound:
Settings>User Interface>Chatbox>Chatbox Notification Volume (and the on/off switch at the end of the line)

I had a similar experience with Cluster, where textchat is the main thing.
Sometimes it is hard to tell who is talking and what they are saying, especially when all the characters are displayed at once.

It would be best if there were some settings or other randomness for per-user uniqueness so that there is "identity" to it.
Although I also feel like sounds could be obnoxious. It might benefit more from improvements to its visual presentation.

I often find myself flailing to get peeps to see my messages. An option to customize the notification sound would be cool too, or if people want to turn it off they could. Good idea!
