Character Naming System

Here is an idea I cooked up that I think a lot of fellow roleplayers would like!
Essentially, instead of relying on your display name, there could be an option for character names, so you can easily switch between them when roleplaying!
Additionally, it's most prominent on your nametag, so people are more likely to refer to you by the character you're playing as, rather than your display name.

i'll Pretty much reflect what i said on Reddit.
this can be both a boon to RP'ers and those w/ D.I.D alike. I could see this also being abused by people initially trying to impersonate leading atleast an need for either client sided options to enforce default account names or, Instance host options to Disable "Character Name plates." or in the case of a group+ instance, lock to group members only. (that'd allow control for RP Sessions/groups to prevent impersonators.)
i've seen other platforms gracefully handle this to the degree of Client side can toggle between turning names off entirely to enforcing defaults only or allowing Customs.
it'd be widespread adopted if it was made available to both Normal users as well as VRC+ members alike, sadly? the path they've been taking towards customization especially when it comes to something cosmetic like this? .. it wont.

This is overall a nice idea and if implemented it should be like items,prints etc as a lobby option that is off by default to maybe avoid impersonation in public lobbies.

As someone who now frequently RPs this would be a really handy feature to use, the amount of status changes I see suddenly flood my logs is kind of funny, but I feel like this would be better.
