Built-in Voice Changer

It's widely known that Quest users are unable to access voice changer applications, and some PC users may find these processes too complex. I would like to suggest a feature built into VRChat with settings to adjust pitch, reverb, modulation, etc. This could also include the ability to save these changes to one of 5 - 10 'voice profiles', allowing users to swap between different voice changer settings easily.
I understand that this could be a feature utilised by bad actors, hence there are 4 methods I have devised to help combat these people from posing as a younger person to decieve the younger audience:
- Require 18+ ID verification
- Require a certain trust level (likely Known / Trusted)
- Exclusive to VRChat+
- Combination of all the above!
The 4th option may be slightly overkill, but it would be the best choice to maximise user safety. The feature would help immensely for role-playing, performing, and voice acting without restricting it from Quest users.

Now that Rec Room is shutting down in about 9 days as of writing this, people may come to VRChat as an alternative. It might be a good time as ever to consider adding this feature. However, Rec Room does not have a requirement for their Voice Changer, so adding a requirement for it seems pointless considering PC users can use software like VoiceMod anyway to get around it.
