Blocking groups

A simple feature that makes a group:
- Hide in a user group list (or go in a blocked group section)
- Unable to invite you in the group, or a group instance
- Hides all the group public instances
- Shows a warning when joining friends in a blocked group instance
As simple as that, would help with "people" going round in a specific world instance inviting everyone to a specific group, or inviting to a specific group instance
