A sub menu should be added to both block and kick to give a reason. Those reasons should be weighted differently in the new trust system. I have seen people utilize the kick system to clear a room rather than asking people to leave. Both these features are important, but people use them to often for the wrong purpose and when the trust system rolls out it may impact people who did nothing wrong.
