Backface culling off for shaders for Quest

I want to optimize my avatar in polycount but cant disable backface culling, its a shame really

Mobile GPUs use tile-based rendering, which reduces the performance impact of overdrawing opaque polygons. In addition, some users are increasing the number of polygons to draw the back side, so I think it would be a good idea to add cull mode to the mobile shader.
