Avatar ID Security Warning System
ivankazuya
Add a system where a warning appears when another person obtains the exact IDs of your avatar when an avatar is set to “private” before uploaded to VRChat. When there is a case where another person is using your avatar ID, the warning brings up a message that shows the name and current picture of the person using your avatar along with buttons which allows you to “report” the person who is using your avatar ID or you can “give permission” for a person to use your avatar ID.
In theory this should work if IDs are not the same as other avatars uploaded to VRChat.

Better yet, just autoban unathorized private avatar ID users. The only way a player can use a private avatar while not being the uploader is through hacks. Instant grounds for a permban and it stops the issue right in its tracks. If you want 'approved' people using your avatar, just make it public and have a private avatar world or let them upload it to their account themself.

Mizu Ennui: autobans are NEVER the way to go in an indie-developed app or game. In a game like VRChat where it's full of exploits, I feel an autoban will completely kill the game after banning everyone.
But I do feel though as if @OP (Ivan) is on to something there!
