I had an idea for vrchat: Have the world host have an announcer mode, where when enabled, their voice will be a 100% volume and be broadcasted to all areas of the world without falloff. Let it be on a keybind and have it be for the world host only. This would be very useful for maps that are huge with big environments, giving this as a way to call back players to spawn or to a certain area, as well as tell new players who have just joined where other players are in the world.
