Allow world owners to set private worlds available to friends

Ghoster
This feature would allow world creators to set certain worlds available to their freinds without having the world public.
The three new world options are
Owners friends: allows friends of world creator to make a new instance of the world but only friends of the owner can join. Instance types; invite, invite+, friends
Friends private: allows friends of owner to make an instance of the world that is either invite or friends but other joining users do not have to be friends with owner. Instance types; invite, friends
Friends open: allows friends of owner to create an instance with no restrictions( sudo public) instance types; invite, invite+, friends, friends+

Since the new quick menu and main menu were implemented, this is kinda possible already.
In the new main menu you can open the world's webpage. On that webpage you can create an instance of the world, even if the world is set to private.
There are questions about rather or not other people should be allowed to make instances of someone else's private world. But there have not been any definitive answers to it yet.
Personally, I would love to see more levels of world privacy. The suggestion here might be a good improvement too. Maybe even better suggestions can be made with the new groups feature too.

One thing I believe this will allow is better and more continuous community feedback to the world creator. The world owner can constantly push updates while limiting their time trying to heard people into their worlds for testing and feedback purposes.

This could be a lot of fun.

Special private worlds cannot put as favorite. I must always wait for owner to enter world. Aside, it's also more work for owner to enable world again and again.
Might have sensitive side, but not bad idea. For friends only is okay. But Friends+ is not good idea because it causes chain invites and will invite others the owner don't like much. Included new players and visitors.
Pure friends to owner is more logic choice due trust between friends and owner.

this would be good for things like group houses, allowing any player that's part of a group to make a new instance of the house even if the original uploader is offline. Granted, this comes with its own complications, as it's essentially making the world public, and would have to be reviewed with the same scrutiny.
Should clear a lot of the chaff out of the new worlds field, I support this.
