Allow world creators to reset instances

Like how a world creator can kick without a vote, it would be very useful to allow the creator of a world to reset the instance.
Useful for updating the room when it's difficult to grab everyone's attention and creating a new room if issues arise or the instance gets too old

With Udon, while testing networked behavior in worlds this would be extremely useful to have while iterating or trying to fix bugs since you may have multiple people in the instance who need to rejoin at the same time.

This would be very useful in situations such as large hangouts that are experiencing errors or events like group games for the host to be able to reset the instance instead of pushing everybody through a portal.

Great idea. Allow a room's author to "reset all instances" of a world which forces all users in any instance of the room to reload into a fresh copy, preserving instance type/count.
