Allow organizing avatars from the VRChat website

Please allow us to organize (reorder) our avatars, rename them, and change their description from the VRChat website, similar to how we can already do this with worlds.
I suggest this specifically for the website as an immediate practical solution that would not be wasted when the in-game UI is overhauled.

or even an option to do that in the "manage uploaded content" section of the SDK would be good, instead of doing what you have to do right now and delete it from your account, then re-upload it in a specific order.
