Allow Nameplates without Icons

While I'm a fan of the new UI for the nameplates, the use of Icons for nameplates are distracting and unnecessary in my opinion, especially when you have an actual avatar to represent yourself. Please allow us to disable icons, but keep nameplates.

Despite being able to literally not see the icon if you blur it, making it pointless; We aren't allowed to hide the draw call entirely.
