Allow hiding all avatars made by a specific user

We all have been there - we've found someone who makes exclusively avatars that offend us on a deep, personal level. Instead of clicking "hide avatar" on everyone using them, or clicking the proposed "hide this avatar on everyone" on every single avatar (https://vrchat.canny.io/feature-requests/p/blocking-specific-avatars), let us hide everything that some disagreeable creator made.
Naturally, the "show avatar" button would override it.
Ideally it would come with an easy way to export/import those block lists, so that community-made "bad avatar" lists could be a thing, like uBlock filter lists.
I'm sure many users would greatly appreciate never having to see yet another <specific avatar type> ever again.

I don't think this is a common enough occurence for this to even be worth the effort of being implemented. Plus there's the chance that all of someone's potentially amazing avatars won't ever be seen if by chance you see their shitpost meme avatar first and decide to hit that button.

While it sounds good, I don't really necessarily approve of community managed blocklists because if any one person has a vendetta, they can mess over an otherwise fine user: ie if furry A made TDA B mad, furries would be autohidden just out of spite from the TDAs and not any moral objection. I think this should be a personal list thing only.
However, having people block avatars might be a thing to create a better flagging system if several people manually flag an avatar and set it to hidden by creator, those instances of malicious crasher shader users might get addressed faster than they do now. Which certainly feels like never.
