Auto fill the offending user's name, and let us have a small box to type IN VRCHAT a brief "what the issue is". Auto save audio/video from the last 5 minutes or whatever and attach it to that report.

Opening a page where people just need to fill out a form WHILE IN VR is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
