Allow Authors To Provide a Reason When Kicking/Warning

It'd just be nice to provide a reason so that people know the reason why they are kicked from the world for an hour or warned because of something they are doing.

VRChat sorely needs to allow group moderators to specify custom reasons for Warns and Kicks. Why isn't this a thing?

Ask yourself, why is there so many Crashers and Script Kiddies of late, any would VRC ignore this? Why is the 'Leader of Laughing Coffin' have 250+ alternate accounts over the past two years? Have you done a racism check on display names, there are 120 accounts less per month now thanks to the one button reporting the tool has and when I go cleaning the rosters.
My philosophy is we are Shadow IT for all the things that the Company fails to address and fund. And when corps get shadow IT they have a problem of not listing to their workers.
The 'TOS "out"' here is that the Group Owner is always in control over how they moderate and what they moderate. From having audit trails and reports of who and what their moderators are moderating, to historical reports of instance attendance, the tools we provide focus on the needs of the group, providing them the analysis of emerging threats to their community.
So yeah, they know about me from the 9-100 Trust & Safety reports I do per day.... I have 3K T&S Messages in my mailbox ATM. They tolerate me as I do their work for them.

Now with groups and group instance warnings, reasons should definitely be added. Currently, warnings are almost useless as they do not provide more than just "warning for behavior", needing more of a conversation to explain exactly why. I have ran into trouble with needing to warn someone in a group instance but unable to talk to them, they get the wrong idea when they are warned.

I like this as a feature it could also be used to warn when initiating a vote to kick but would probably be more of a standardized list of reasons for the initiation since you need more than a certain number of people to initialize the kick and using the one that has the most count for the reason sounds like it could be very useful but as for the instance leaving it as an optional feature to leave a message with the kick also seems good.

Yes I agree entirely! Came to post this issue myself. People need to know why they are being removed.

This would be very helpful now that the ability to Kick/Ban people from group instances is a thing, it's very annoying when you kick people and they get the wrong idea of why they got kicked and then start spreading rumours.
