As a photographer I really think more options for adjusting camera mechanics would be awesome. FOV can make photos like portraits look much better than the default angle and DOF can really make some parts of a photo shine.

As for how to change the settings, with the camera menu a little full up you could have a camera settings option in the Camera menu.

Maybe I'm just being a big camera nerd but I think if the camera had this functionality, it would be pretty awesome.
