Add root rotation offsets to the vrc constraints

Late last year vrc implemented a fix for full body jittering on the remote users, but it broke a lot of avatars that used root rotation to place props or follow the camera. Would it be possible to add an option in the VRC constraints to mimic the old root rotation behavior?

You use the head aim direction to compensate for the root no longer rotating.

ZenithVal the idea is that we do not need to make a special constraint for it. This feature would be applied to the full body mode only, since you don't need to do it for Half body and Desktop. That and the issues with y rotation locking when your model is lying down.
