Add [Hmg] Hmong in language options

VRChat has an active Hmong community, with members from around the globe. However, the current language options available in VRChat do not include Hmong as an option. We Hmong people are an ethnic group originating from what is now China and have our own unique language and rich cultural heritage. It would be greatly appreciated by our community if Hmong could be added as a language option within the platform. Thank you. Or in Hmong (particularly Hmong White dialect), we say "Ua tsaug".

I do not speak your language but I support this. Having more languages to select from sparks more interest from people (People ask about languages all the time in VRC) and more interesting conversations.
There is actually a lot of revelant languages missing from VRC languages selection, I will create a new Canny with all the suggestions.
