Add dynamic bone performance setting into safety settings.

The limitation on dynamic bones is fine, but I think it should be off for friends.
Creating this all or nothing thing where you either have uncheck it in a hard to find menu box or deal with stiff looking avatars from everyone doesn’t really cater to a good expietence.
Allow people to self regulate their performance. if I click on someone and do “show avatar” I would prefer all their avatar components(including dynamic bones) to be visable) instead of then having to go into a separate menu.

The best option would be to add it to the safety menu where you can toggle on and off various things according to ranks. That way you can turn off dynamic bones for everyone except friends, saving a lot of performance especially in public worlds.

Safe Dynamic Bones

I would like to ask for you to add the option to turn on and off dynamic bones with the safety settings according to ranks, just like you can turn on and off materials, avatars, etc; That way it's possible to not see dynamic bones on strangers and see it on friends, preserving both FPS and protecting users from crashing due to massive amounts of dynamic bones.

Aren't colliders a supposedly huge performance problem? How about an option to disable colliders and leave bones on?

bit 01: You can do this by setting the limit for colliders to zero and leaving the transforms limit normal.

Ugh, of course you can. I'm so dumb sometimes. I'mma do that.

I completely agree. Maybe they added that feature the way they did to test it out. Or maybe testing a way to limit dynamic bones generally for the upcoming quest version. For PC users it's completely normal to just have friends show their avatars with all the features. But for quest users it might simply be way too much. So they might need to set a limit for quest users if they don't want them to complain about performance

This this this. I've noticed everyone's been telling each other how to turn the limit off entirely so their avatars work again. I'd rather it just remove the limit for only friends by default so you can keep your frame rate.
Observer.
Basically, every setting in the performance settings should be available for individual toggling on top of any rank based categories such as friends. The individual toggles are something we are still waiting from the safety system, so I would be very surprised if we ever see this happen.

It would be great to be able to also do this for individual avatars as well, as there are even friends I love hanging out with that I'd rather not suffer from the amount of dynamic bones and colliders they are wearing.
