Add Debug option for full body trackers

When making avatars from scratch it helps us out a lot to know if a model would be proportionate to our bodies. The only time we can see our trackers is when we either calibrate or when we open our menu. Adding the option to see our trackers even when we are calibrated would honestly help us out in the avatar creation and editing process.

I would like to see an option to highlight bones thru mesh as part of the debugging menu. This way you can see the relation of the bones to where the trackers are.
